Possible to Auto Add Songs Into Rekordbox

So I constantly add songs to my computer. Is there a way for rekordbox 5 to auto upload my songs when I add it to a certain folder, or do I have to individually add them?
Also, is there a way to have my music automatically sync between my pc and phone? I hate having to drag and drop every time I add new music to either device. I use android and windows, would prefer to not use itunes for more than just buying the occasional song
