Ok so I'm just getting into DJ-ing and I've downloaded some free DJ software (Mixx, stuff like that). I'm not necessarily looking to make any big purchases right now but I was looking for some advice on software. Right now the maximum I would be doing in terms of gigs would be hooking my laptop up to a sound system and going from there. I like Mixx, but I was wondering if you guys use any other free/cheap software that would be better. If you have any advice on beginner hardware stuff too that would be cool but I'm mainly looking at software right now. I have a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook with an Intel Core i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50 GHz with 8.00 GB RAM (not sure if all that is relevant but figured I would include it anyways). Thanks Guys!
