Hello,

I want to upgrade my home set up. I currently have 2 KRK 5s and a KRK sub.

I want something that sounds GREAT and that I can use at home and at friend’s house parties.

I have looked at various PAs and they are just way to big. I won’t want them up in my living room all the time.

But it seems that most high end bookshelves don’t have the right input/outputs to run a DJ controller off of? Or maybe I’m wrong.

Anyway…..any advice on GREAT sounding, powered bookshelves sized speaker for running a controller off of?

I would be willing to spend up to 2000 dollars for a pair of killer sounding speakers that I can daisy chain to a sub and have sound terrific in my living room and for small living room sized house parties.

Edit: So I drank a couple of mimosas then went out and bought a pair of Bose L1 16s. Ask me anything if you’d like to hear about them. If you’re wondering if they’re way way way too much for my living room the answer is yes.
