DDJ SX3 headphone issue

Hi,

I have a pioneer DDJ SX3 and use Serato Pro. I’m noticing in the mix knob for my headphones that when I have the knob turned to “cue” I can hear the incoming song. But as I turn the knob to the left to mix in some of the “master” none of the “master” sound comes into the headphones. And once I have the knob completely to “master” there is no noise at all.

In other words, I am only able to hear the “cue” noise in headphones and no “master” noise, regardless of how I turn the knob.

Any ideas of if there is a setting or such I have wrong that isn’t allowing “master” noise into headphones?
