What are the optimal audio settings for Traktor?

I was messing around with the audio setup in Traktor after installing the ASIO4all driver. I could change the buffer sample size all the way down to 64 and wouldn't hear popping noise so I figured I could leave it that low. Also, changing 44.1kHz to 48kHz didn't make a difference either. Could any of my changes leave a negative impact on my audio performance? I tried to look online for a definitive guide on the best settings to use but couldn't find any.

I haven't tried messing around with my Kontrol S2 connected to my laptop yet.
