Question: what age can a female bearded dragon lay infertile eggs?

My female beardie is a year and a month old. I recently switched over from a reptile carpet to a grounded walnut substrate. Since then she’s been digging , she’s always Been hyper active but it’s starting to worry me lol. She’s never been with a male, what should I do if she’s Gravid ? And how can I make sure she is ? I tried looking for eggs but I can’t feel any.
