Should I let my beardie brumate?

Post Body

My 2 year old female, Penelope, is trying to brumate. Since winter has begun to move in, she has been avoiding her basking area, finding dark places to sleep, and has showed less and less interest in food over the past week. I have never had a dragon brumate, at least not fully. Should I allow her to do it? Or should I keep moving her to the basking area every so often? If so, what do I need to watch out for?

I know a few things like not feeding them while they're brumating because they can't digest their food, but I'd love to know more.
