PXN V9 NO BINDINGS???

Any advice is welcome. Have BeamNG installed on a laptop. Purchased a new wheel and pedal set PXN V9. When I plug and play on the laptop all basic bindings are there, some I woukd prefer to change, but overall I can play with tye wheel and pedals. FF I load the game onto a new tower, plug in the PXN and No bindings exist? It registers because it shows up under controller right there with keyboard and mouse. When I click "reset all bindings" and/or reset PXN bindings absolutely no change. Any suggestions?
