Hi,
I've decided to re-do the Beast after few years of my first time, this time I want to do it properly, following the correct meal plan. I went to check my old manual (attached to the DVDs) to calculate the amount of calories and I got 3038 calories per day, so out of curiosity I've calculated it also using the new meal plan (on beachbodyondemand) and I got that I should eat: 2419 calories, between the old and the new edition there are more than 600 calories of difference and in my opinion it is a lot.
In my opinion the old method seems more accurate and the second one seems more "generic".
What do you think about it?
