Autumn's Cardio

Just curious. I see a LOT of people say they absolutely hate Autumn's cardio workouts, and sub them out.
What exactly is it that people don't like? Is it not a good enough workout? Should I be doing heavier cardio on her cardio days? I normally try to add in 3 days of running on top of her programs, but still do her cardio workouts. 🤷♀️
