Any good Core De Force with LIIFT4 Hybrid Programmes?

So I’m finishing LIIFT4 and was recommended to give Core De Force a try to start strengthening my core.
Though it looks good, I do want to keep up the weight lifting. LIIFT4 was great for this but don’t think the core focus was enough to really strengthen my abs.
Does anyone know/have gone through a good hybrid programme that combines the two?
