Insanity Max 30 Modified version
Post Body
I've been really out of shape for the past 2 years. I'm about 100lbs overweight and haven't worked out at all in that time. I wanted to start insanity max 30 but do the modifier only. Because I'm so big, there is no way I can safely do most of the normal moves, the impact is way too stressful. I worry that the modifier track really won't even give a workout though. Has anyone done the modifier only for this? If so does it give a good workout? How would you compare it to like walking?
