I'm an absolute couch potato who wants to finally do something to start living a healthier lifestyle. I've got the dieting part down right, but last time when I first tried a few months ago I tried jumping straight into P90 and the Sweat routines absolutely kicked my ass and destroyed my motivation to keep going. If I wanted to work my way up to what P90 asks of me, what would be the program or programs that would help shore up my weak points the best before I try tackling it again?
