Post Body

Howdy folks,

Im someone in the tech/digital space and been out of work for months, but over the last year the more Ive gone into learning different parts of that subject on deeper levels...I'm always wanting to work more with my hands and such.

I IMSANELY itching to get back into building and DIY this year. Like I designed a pretty badass spank bench last year but have yet to be be able to build it yet. The job search has been a grind and Ive wanted to step away from it for a bit, so I've been more gravitated towards working on different things that are more satisfying lately like specing out software, business ideas/websites, and then I was designing some toys and looking into 3d printing them and what not as of the last few days.

Its just where my mind loves to go after how brutal and soul crushing the job search has been.

As of the last day or so Ive seen more info on using Arduino (Ive used Raspberry Pis before), and learned about Buttplug.io and Xtoys.app as far as basically hacking your toys capabilities.

Could anyone give me a place to go to kind of learn about this type of hacking a bit more depth or even someone I could possibly talk to directly and get feedback or thoughts on (like kinda where I need to start/how I should approach things, etc)? Id love to possibly configure how to take a plug and vibrator and make them "smart" and have a friend or friends wear them while out and about or when we're long distance or such.

Would anyone have advice on where I should go to learn this a bit more in depth? Ive coded in Python before as well, its just all the information concerning this subject seems a bit scattered.
