Help sourcing a Step Stool to turn into secret Spanking Bench (for male of normal stature)?

I need a step stool for my home office, and it occurs to me that it must be possible to turn on into a secret spanking bench: shins strapped to the step, waist strapped to the top, some anchor points for the arms.
Unfortunately, I can't wander round IKEA trying out their range!
So, I'd be really grateful for suggestions as to what to consider, and even what off the shelf stools might work.
(I have tools and can do basic carpentry, but I don't have a garage full of power tools an jigs etc)
