Has anyone modified a tattoo Chair for bondage. How was it?

I came across a tattoo chair and it looks perfect because the arms and legs all move independently and can be secured at different angles.
I’m wondering if anyone has used one for bondage, impact play, sex etc and how it went.
I’ve seen other massage tables and chairs like the portable ones and read how they are fine for someone sitting still but any play makes them very tippy.
I love the aesthetic of this chair and know I wouldn’t make something even close to this for <$500
