What motor to make this (pics included) sex machine a lot more quieter. Need to replace ASAP :)

So this machine rocks! 160rpm but it's very loud when the power is turned up, so I'm hopefully wanting to replace this existing motor with something a lot more quiet without sacrificing power
Is there anyone in the know in here who can help me please?
