Looking to have the chainsword as a kink item. Its Iris Heart from Neptunia (if that matters to anyone), above is a gif from the anime, but she is mainly a videogame character. Wanting to have Iris Heart's chainsword/chainwhip whatever you wanna call it ... I want to make it somehow where its both a prop and a kink item. I thought perhaps a paddle if its a "sword" but when a striking motion is made, it doubles as a whip. Here's some links to people's deviantarts

Do not want it made out of cheap materials, not trying to make an actual weapon and definately dont want it to cut anyone. Looking for it to both stand upright as a sword, or be used as a whip when a "striking motion" is made. Not sure what material would be good for this, or a store that would custom make something.

Any thoughts of a spot to custom-make something like this for me? I'm kind of clueless how to start making it on my own, or perhaps shops that would custom make it if I provide specifications, or something?
