Now one big reason that people find it hard to quit smoking is that nicotine makes them associate the act of getting nicotine to pleasure, some even develop an oral fixation from keeping cigarettes in their mouth.

The idea would be to use oral nicotine products, such as pouches, in conjunction with blowjob training. The person performing the training would get addicted fairly quickly, and likely associate the nicotine intake with the feeling of a dick or dildo in their mouth. Then after a while, reduce the amount of available nicotine and watch them crave that same feeling.

This is on some level similar to erotic hypnosis, with similar dangers attached, in my opinion.
