I took wooden bamboo skewers and wrapped them with electrical tape. I used 11 for her birth month. I wrapped the tape around the first one and then every round added another skewer. I then wrapped the handle like a tennis racket. The pointed end is great for dropping across the skin or light pokes. It encouraged blood flow. It had a thuddy feel and with pressure and sting.
