Bayonetta 3 spoiled me

I’m replaying the first Bayonetta, after finishing the third title getting platinum after platinum. And the difficulty level between the two is astounding.
Demon slave and demon combo finishers have absolutely spoiled me. Getting gold is an accomplishment. Where as in 3 it’s easy freakin’ breezy.
Maybe I just suck. But I can’t help but notice how the new gameplay, which is fantastic, makes it difficult to revisit the first two games.
