What process did you follow to find a buyers agent / realator?

Post Body

Hi there,

Looking for a SFH in East Bay. Have been casually looking at Zillow and attending a few open houses and have spoken on the phone with a few realators but none of them stand out. Interested to know the process you followed to identify the agent that worked well for you?

I am considering 'interviewing' them by asking them to show me a specific house, talk through the options and submit an offer, if applicable.

I was trying to find somebody who specializes in ADUs but none of the conversations I've had were promising in that area.
