I see a lot of big houses for sale in < $600 per sq ft. With this price and great schools ( Christopher high and Luigi Aprea elementary), do you think it’s a sweet deal to buy in Gilroy. Commute: I know the commute from Gilroy to offices in Sunnyvale / Mountainview is manageable but for offices further north is challenging.
