Does anyone have any projections of future appreciation rates?

I’m somewhat new to this sub, so I apologize if it’s already been asked.

I’m in Pleasant Hill and I’m curious on how much appreciation as a percent I might see in the next 15 years.

I know historically the Bay Area has seen very high rates, but at some point, I would imagine the BA market has realized it’s more than average percentage gains and is priced in to appreciate closer to the norm.

Is this accurate or am I missing anything?
