Any thoughts on AI replacing many jobs in SV and having a mass migration of workers and home owners from the Peninsula leaving?

I am not in the tech industry and have very little knowledge of the threat of AI to engineers, but I do own real estate in the Bay and am curious to hear from both realtors with any futuristic thoughts and also tech engineers as well.
