Would you buy/run a resort? Why, why not?
Post Body
I always thought that the bay area would have high demand for a resort. It is impossible to find a good location to build something new. So there is not going to be new supply. The existing resorts must be in huge demand right? When I say a resort, I mean a place for overnight stay in natural settings and great amenities.
