First thing to do is read the sub-Reddit rules before you do anything here! Failure to read the rules is inexcusable and risks a permanent ban. This post should be considered further clarification of those rules.

What to include in your posts:

• Being upfront and simply describing yourself honestly leads to more honest communication about desires and better hookups.
• Your age, r4r tag that applies to you and location must be included in the post title. Location must also be a specific city or section of the bay area. [the post will be removed]
• Your post must include a complete physical description of yourself including race, height, weight and any single additional feature. Your post must also include a description of the hookup you want to have. It's a good idea to include any preferences for timing or day to meet and who will host. [low effort posts will be removed and failing to notice/correct future posts will get you banned]
• Include preferences or deal breakers for hookup partners in the post. This will help the reader, especially women, feel invited to make contact.
• Include your preferences for contact (chat or private message) and consider disabling the method you want to avoid in your user account preferences. If neither method is enabled, your post will be removed as spam. [could lead to a ban]
• If you have read the rules, feel you have written a good post, but your submission is not visible in the feed, your post is likely victim of the Reddit bot. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO POST AGAIN because it still won't work. Allow some time for a moderator to find/approve your post from the mod queue and it will appear in the feed later; in most cases on the same day. For some users, this happens to every post they attempt here. We've no clues to offer for how to avoid this; it's not our design. See blurb about spam below.

What to avoid when posting here:

• R4R tags are a thing, and yes the F in our tagging scheme is essentially using the F term in this same context, but if you use the word "female" as a noun, you should just give up now. [no ban, just friendly advice]
• If you've been banned here in the past, creating a new username in efforts of posting here again will be a waste of your time. Reddit will know and so will we. [instant ban]
• Locals only. If you are South of Santa Cruz or Gilroy, North of Santa Rosa or Napa, or East of Vacaville, Brentwood or Livermore, this is the wrong sub for you. [instant ban]
• Spamming reddit for sex. If you are using copypasta, or posting in more than 2 local hookup subs, you may not post more than twice a week here. And, in all cases, posting more than once a day is spam. [probably a ban]
• Do not include any contact information or usernames for other platforms in your post title or post copy. [instant ban]
• Any hint of solicitation. Any kind of insinuation that you are a sex worker OR a john in your post or profile. NO SELLERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED TO USE THIS SUB. [instant ban]
• Any kind of advertisement for anything other than you looking for a hookup partner. This includes advertising for events, hookup apps, other sub-Reddits, chat groups, etc. [instant ban]
• All versions of "come fuck my GF/wife/BF/husband/partner" without verified pictures will be removed. [instant ban]
• Any unverified pictures of others, including their body parts, will likely get you banned. [instant ban]
• All posts are locked and marked spoiler. Do not comment on old posts, do not remove the spoiler tag from your post. [instant ban]

Do not send chat messages to any mods!! If you decide you have a need to send mod mail, you should definitely be sure you have read the sub-Reddit rules first. Expecting us to respond to questions which you could answer for yourself with 5 minutes of reading is the opposite of self service, and will in fact get you banned here.
