Low GPU usage and high CPU usage out of nowhere

So like the title says, ive been playing BFV for awhile now, almost 400 something hours in game but only recently i started having this issue where id play one game, its fine but mid way through the 2nd game, my pc crashes. ive run NZXT cam and saw that my GPU is sitting at 0% while my cpu is around 80-90%. I have no idea why this problem has come up only recently. I have an I9-9900K 3.60GHz and a RTX 2080 gpu. Does anyone have any solutions?
