Dell S2716DG 1440p with DirectX 12 and Full Screen Freezes Game

Does anyone else happen to have this problem where the game is completely frozen if in fullscreen, but only when DirectX 12 is enabled?
It works perfectly fine on my 1080p Acer Predator monitor, but my Dell S2716DG which is 1440p... the game is just frozen and I have to Alt Enter to make it go into windowed mode so I can do anything.
