U.S. Interest in the Collector Cards?

So, I would really like a set of the collector cards that are European exclusive. There are no loose sets on eBay. I am thinking of buying one of the more ridiculous lots, like the 100 packs lot. Is there any interest here for complete sets of 25 cards for maybe $10-$20? If I know people would be looking for a set, it would be a lot more worthwhile to pull the trigger and sell extra sets. Also, would there be interest in individual cards?
