Is Shifu OP or am I bad?

I lose almost every game I play against Shifu. I play support, mostly Oldur and Pearl and I just can't seem to deal with him. Even if I do push him off, he just incaps my carry and then bumrushes me again. Any tips for how to deal with him? Battlerite choices? I'm rank 9 btw, almost 10.
