How to Bakko now?

Bakko before this latest patch was definitely my favorite champ. Felt easy and intuitive to play. Now I feel like he's just super sub par and weak. I can't see why you would ever choose him over Ruh Kaan, who seems to fill the exact same niche Bakko used to but better. What am I missing to play post patch Bakko properly? What battlerite build to use?
