Joker isn’t above killing a mall full of people for the lulz. Croc ultimately wants to be left alone and actively avoids populated areas….so croc would be more worried about getting out of the mall ASAP. So I’d choose Croc. IF it’s a situation where they are there specifically to kill me then I’d guess it would take longer for joker to “find” me ….until he decides to gas/firebombs the whole mall anyways. At least with croc you might be able to outsmart him or distract him.
