Batch file to copy a folder+contents from multiple users folders to another folder

So I have a number of users downloads folder getting bloated in our citrix profile server. I need to copy those folders over to the users actual home folder and then redirect. Trying to get a batch file to copy the "downloads" folder from "D:\CtxProfile\USERNAME\Win10RS2v6\UPM_Profile\downloads", where there are about 200 USERNAME folders, to another server "\file\home\USERNAME\Downloads".
I am terrible with batch loops etc. Was hoping for some help. Thanks in advance!
