I am so fucking sick to death of these social media companies committing crimes against us without any recourse. From their Criminal censorship to the lack of customer service and a joke of an appeals process it can be completely aggravating. But let me discuss them in detail.

I have heard a lot of talk over the last few years with people saying that these social media companies can ban people and sensor them because they are private business. I don't know who started that rumor but it's 100% false. In the United States we have inalienable rights. What that means is they are rights that you have because you're alive and nobody has authority over them. They are individual and absolute. One of those rights is the right to speak freely and censorship is a violation of that right. The Bill of Rights was meant to remind government to protect them but in addition to that there is within the federal code 2 sections that make it a crime to violate a right. These are the following.

Title 18 USC 241: conspiracy against rights

Title 18 USC 242: deprivation of rights under color of law

These two codes make it a crime both two come up with any plan law rule etc. that would violate your rights and any enforcement of those rules that would deprive you of your rights. So any terms of service written or a crime under the first one and any enforcement of that is a crime under the second .

Currently if you ask any lawyer about this they're going to tell you oh that doesn't apply to this or this is meant for only this group or that group. It seems lawyers don't even know exactly how to apply these codes. The thing about laws is that within the beginning of the text they describe exactly who the law can be applied to. In the case of 241 the law says these codes. The thing about laws is that within the beginning of the text they describe exactly who the law can be applied to. In the case of 241 the law says any two or more people "any two or more people" as to who can held accountable and under 242 it says "whoever" as to who the law can be held accountable. So I don't know what the fuck lawyers are even talking about when they say the stupid shit about who can be charged under these crimes. These crimes are clearly being committed by social media companies. What's worse is the government who supposed to protect our rights and prosecute those who commit crimes has been pushing for these companies violate the law.

The second part of my gripe here is that these companies for the most part don't even have a way that you can talk to a real person to settle anything or gain understanding should there be a miscommunication. There's no accountability or even care that someone has a problem. The services they offer often don't have the correct category to address the issue you're dealing with. It used to be that if you had a problem there was a number you could call where you could talk to a person and that person could have empathy and help deal with the problem. Companies cared about their customers. This issue is by no means isolated to social media companies.

The system that seems to have replaced customer service is the appeals system. It's an absolute joke of a system. Should something that you've said using your right to free speech offends some other person they end up reporting you, much like the Germans of the Nazi Regime. The next thing you know you get some sort of message saying that you have violated this or broken that and you either get a warning or suspension or they ban you altogether. They include in this a link for an appeal where you are expected to beg for forgiveness or given half a paragraph worth of letters to explain how this determination was wrong. That's a joke. You should be able to write as much words as you want to if you're trying to explain how something got taken out of context or to point out various points within the reported material he reported material. But often times they won't even tell you what it is that they are claiming was the issue. They just tell you that you violated a rule with no reference to the actual violation. That's retarded. One you can't even defend yourself if you don't know what it is the they are claiming was the issue. They just tell you that you violated a rule with no reference to the actual violation. That's retarded. One, you can't even defend yourself if you don't know what it is they are even talking about. Two, you couldn't even adjust anything that you're doing if you don't know what it is that they are saying you did wrong. Then there's some unknown group of supposed people that get to decide your fate depending on their personal views or political affiliations. Should their biases decide against you you have no other way to address the issue. You have no legal recourse for them violating your rights because they aren't recognizing the law has been broken.

I want to touch again before I end this on the idea that because they are a privately owned business the law doesn't apply to them. That is the biggest bunch of bullshit I've ever heard. If that were true we'd still have Jim Crow laws in the south because they're a privately owned business, they don't need to allow no colored people in their business. I think everyone knows that's nonsense. From what I know growing up there has been a blurring of definitions. Sure there are privately and publicly owned businesses but that is different than privately or publicly operated business. Growing up any publicly operated business had to follow the law. It was only privately operated businesses that could have special Limitations or rules. So what's the difference between the two? Well a privately operated business is something like a private country club or a society that is not accessible to the public. Not anyone can just walk in and say I wanna join. It's by invite only and it's exclusive. A publicly operated business is one that anyone can go join sit in view or participate in. Social media companies are publicly operated and therefore they are definitely not exempt from any law.

The scariest part about these laws being broken is that depending on the results of the law being broken the penalties for committing this crime can range from a misdemeanor to the death penalty. Unfortunately because of the censorship of these companies it can be clearly shown that death occurred and that is one of the things that would give the sentence of capital punishment. I really feel for these misguided individuals that have implemented these crimes because if we actually start applying the law they're going to be in a world of trouble that could cost them lives.

I want to State for the record, my goal here is to make people aware that you'State for the record, my goal here is to make people aware that your rights are yours at birth. They are human rights that everyone has as an individual. No other person has the authority to take your rights from you. And no business that operates publicly can require you give them up. If we want to be known as a free country we have to return to being free. That means we return to individual liberty each one of us sovereign to our own with no authority above us but our maker. Within that system the only time any authority comes above is when a crime has been committed. We had a system set up to deal with that but it's been wholly ignored and replaced. But that's for another rant.
