Piccolo Strings

For context, Mike Kerr has been a big influence in my experimenting for bass timbre.
I know I'm in the minority here, but I just replaced my old strings with a new set of piccolo strings to get a nice middle ground between bass and guitar timbre and it has been the most fun I've had experimenting since I've been exploring different hand techniques. Add in a crunchy pedal and I get a beautiful blend of bass tones and distorted guitar all in one!
