Muting for slap and pop on high notes and high strings
Post Body

Hello

On videos and media people always talk about muting with the fretting hand for slap and/or pop, it works but only for a certain compositions, like playing root and octave.

I'm tryin to slap and pop on the G string, in sort of fast solo, so where you need all your fingers to play fast and not any of them is "free" to mute the strings.

Please how do we do this? I've seen many pros play without muting and I just dont get it how to sound clean without having your hand all over the strings (when you simply can't)

Thanks in advance
