Always wanted one. My dad LOVED hot tuna and jeff airplane, always ranted anout jack. Since his bass came out, its been on my radar. Now that im 24 and saved enough to get an MIA Jazz, i want a hollow body. Checked out the Jack and saw they have it in silverburst. Seriously i blew a load in my pants.

My question to those who have experience and/or knowledge of the Jack Casady: i visited a local shop in downtown Manhattan and the dude told me they are made cheap. He kinda seemed like a slapdick... But is this true? I wanna know because I have the grand or so to drop on a better hollowbody. Please let me know- and any pros and cons are greatly welcomed. Ive done a bunch of research but failed to find intricate details on its pros and cons and/or if its made cheap. Thanks fellow low noters!
