Can anyone here tell me about this bass? I really like the neck and it's really playable, but I'd like to know more about it.

I guess it's called an 'LS Bass'

This is a bass I picked up for very little money. From what I was able to figure out, it was made in 2000 by jackson. It's Japanese as far as I know. It retailed for 1100 back then (found a PDF of a catalog). It has a set neck that is still sturdy, a string through body, carved top, and duncan designed electronics. That's about all I know. Figured bassit might have someone with some more knowledge.

The serial number is 000005, if that means anything.
