I broke a basketball rim today, will I go to jail or be fined?

Today I went to go play basketball and I can’t even dunk yet. I went up to grab on rim (I never hang on it) and the rim came completely off. I took the rim home but does anyone know if I could go to jail for this? Or even be fined. I don’t go to this school, this school doesn’t have a basketball program and also noone ever plays at their courts.
