What is your go to routine when sore?

Former D1 player who went from the court everyday to the office Lol. I’m getting back into and doing runs at the gym Monday -Thursday. However my legs aren’t like they used to be. I used to have Pt and trainers when in season but now I’m in the real world haha. Typically I will do cyro freeze therapy but I am curious about what other hoopers do! I know some guys who love epson salt baths but have never tried myself. What is your routine after a hard week of training?
