So like the title says, I'm developing governance smart contracts at www.borderless.tech and one of the ideas someone suggested was creating a sort of basic income.
I can do this two ways.
I can make all the governance services cost a small fee to use, for instance when a citizen registers their identity or gets married it could cost a small fee that gets sent to a basic income contract and dispersed to those who signed up for the income.
the second way would be to create an asset that lives along side the main expanse token and is created everytime A governance contract is used, then disperse that.
All the tokens are in an experimental cryptocurrency named Expanse (learn more at expanse.tech) and not very liquid at the moment.
What would you do?
