Barry mentioned that, after the incident in Korengal where he unwittingly killed a civilian in front of his family, he spent a few months at a mental hospital in Germany before Fuches got him honourably discharged. The hospital that he almost definitely stayed at was Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany.
It's the largest U.S. military hospital outside of the continental United States, and it was built specifically to treat U.S. soldiers that served in Barry's war, The War on Terror.
The hospital has a psych ward with a 16-bed, mixed gender inpatient program that offers individual, group, and family therapy to U.S. military personnel and their families. This is likely the part of the hospital that Barry stayed at. The hospital has an average rating of 3/5 stars on Google Reviews.
Here is an image of the hospital. Unfortunately, I was not able to figure out which part of the hospital houses the psych ward, so I don't know where in this photo is the section of the building that Barry stayed in.
