Barry clearly killed any chance he had of fixing the damage he caused with Sally after he suggested going to that exec's house and psychologically tormenting her, and I have a hard time thinking they'll ever fully reconcile. Sally seems like she's finally starting to realize who Barry really is. So where can Barry and Sally's storyline go from here realistically? The best possible outcome I can see for the two is that Barry saves Sally from someone trying to get to him through her, be it the Bolivians once they learn he was the one who bombed their house and killed Fernando, or someone else Fuches manipulates as part of his vengeance against Barry, and the two remain on (really shaky) civil terms.
