Gene's going to jail for setting Barry up to kill his girlfriend, taking money from the Chechens, and any other crimes tied to Barry, NoHo Hank, and Fuches. And he's going to love it.

Let me explain.

Gene is a narcissist. We just saw him throw away eight years of clarity for Daniel Day-Lewis. And now that Moss is throwing accusations his way, Gene has to know he's done. He'll likely panic, try kicking and screaming his way out of prison time, before learning of the press surrounding him. Actors like Bryan Cranston will no doubt be clamoring to play him for a biopic, and Netflix will be coming at him for a true crime special. And Gene will realize that the only thing better than fame is infamy.

Or he'll get shot in the head. Could go either way.
