I was searching a wreck like usual and had just picked up a welder from the floor after cutting my way into a room, When I started to swim over to a body as the water flooded in and as I did I was jumpscared by a very detailed horror face which I have never once seen before and didn't even know existed until now, to the point where even as I'm typing this I can feel my heartrate and have visibly shaking hands.
Does anyone know what the hell that was or why it happened?!
Update: it happened again and turns out it's a new Hallucination
