Is anyone else having trouble entering new educator info? We can’t find the cards in book master, but they still scan in the register function

Does anyone have any words of wisdom or are you having the same issue? When I look up the card to enter the info it acts like the card has never been issued, but when I scan the barcode in the register it pulls it right up! So basically anyone in the lady 3 months at our store who got a new card can’t use it if they lose it...
