Hey everyone! Thank you all for your support so far. I finally had my surgery Monday and I’m starting to feel more normal every day. Since I started this journey I’ve done a lot of reflecting and thinking and I’ve realized that I truly have been addicted to food (big shock). I’ve basically been living to eat for decades now. Having a rough day? Let’s hit Wendy’s! Got that promotion at work? Let’s go out and celebrate! At this point now that I can’t eat anything and I can never go back to what I was im looking for some help from you all. I need to switch my mindset from looking forward to my next meal to enjoying life for what it is and how blessed I am. Waking up everyday excited for what’s ahead instead of what I’ll be eating all day. Thank you again everyone! ✌️
