It honestly feels more weird than exciting lol
73 after surgery, but i am officially 100 pounds down from my pre surgery weight of 417.
I feel a little weird- there's a little bit of a grief there. My body is changing a lot very quickly which is a lot to handle confidence wise, but I'm excited to see where this journey ends up and trying to focus on the health wins the most as those are my biggest motivator.
How did you celebrate your first big goals like this And?
And why do I feel like crying instead of partying about it lol?
Any advice from the experience is appreciated!
