A loved one started a liquid diet last week.

A really good and very close friend I love started the liquid diet last week and is doing really really well. I just thought I'd say how proud I am of her that she is doing so well, she reads this page a lot and has chatted to people who are going through the same thing and it has helped her a lot. I hope she sees this, because I tell her but she doesn't feel it herself. Are there any tips that people can share to help support someone going through this? I am long distance with this person, so it is difficult to give support. Thanks 😊 Good luck and stay strong to everyone who is doing this 🤗🤗
